Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily county operations during the night shift to ensure continuity of services.
- Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance for departmental databases.
- Communicate effectively with morning shift staff to hand over critical information and status reports.
- Respond promptly to night-time alerts and operational emergencies via secure communication channels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment adhering to all government safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government operations, data entry, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation is required for this role.
