Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage government databases, communication channels, and security systems during night operations.
- Perform high-accuracy data entry and verification of public records and federal reports.
- Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate with on-call security personnel to resolve issues immediately.
- Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and local government regulations and protocols.
- Generate and submit detailed nightly operational reports to senior management.
- Conduct routine system diagnostics to prevent downtime and security breaches.
- Assist in the processing of incoming government documents and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a valid Government Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working in night shift or 24/7 operational environments is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect discrepancies in data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
