Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time data feeds, surveillance systems, and state infrastructure alerts during the night shift.
- Document all incidents, anomalies, and response actions in the state-wide incident management database.
- Evaluate incoming alarms and prioritize responses to ensure rapid resolution of critical issues.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams and external law enforcement agencies to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Conduct routine system checks and validate data accuracy to maintain compliance with state regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to internal stakeholders regarding operational status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associateās degree in Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a state-level background check.
- Demonstrated ability to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary state software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and focused during long monitoring periods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
