Responsibilities
- Oversee Night Operations: Manage all daily functions and workflows during the night shift to ensure seamless service delivery and safety compliance.
- Execute Security Protocols: Enforce strict adherence to government security regulations and facility access controls during off-hours.
- Report & Analytics: Generate detailed shift reports and performance analytics for leadership review the following morning.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical and operational issues independently without immediate supervision.
- Team Coordination: Supervise night staff, conduct shift briefings, and ensure all personnel are trained and compliant.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in government operations, logistics, or night shift management.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and documentation.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration is a plus.
