Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure municipal facilities during overnight operations
- Respond to emergency incidents with rapid coordination protocols
- Conduct routine patrols and surveillance across designated zones
- Maintain detailed incident reports and digital documentation systems
- Coordinate with state and federal agencies during cross-jurisdictional incidents
- Implement disaster preparedness and crisis response procedures
- Train junior staff in emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Peace Officer License (TCLEOSE) or equivalent state certification
- Minimum 2 years law enforcement or security experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- CPR/First Aid certification and crisis intervention training
- Proficiency in CAD systems and emergency communication tools
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Texas Class C Driver's License with clean record
- Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
