Responsibilities
- Digitize and archive physical government documents in a secure, high-security vault environment.
- Process incoming data requests and maintain accurate records in the state database system.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on nightly data entries to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Respond to emergency system alerts and perform night-site security protocols as required.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to resolve data discrepancies or backlog issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace compliant with government safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Records Management or Public Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or records management (government experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in typing and data processing.
- Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific database software (e.g., Oracle, SharePoint).
