We are looking for disciplined professionals who take their responsibility seriously during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas of the government facility to ensure safety, security, and order during night hours.
- Monitor access points and strictly control the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct thorough security checks and inspections of buildings, parking lots, and grounds.
- Respond immediately to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies following established emergency response protocols.
- Prepare detailed, accurate incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and observations.
- Enforce all company policies, security regulations, and government facility rules firmly but professionally.
- Assist with emergency response coordination and provide support during evacuation procedures if required.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Licensing: Valid Florida Security License (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Strong observational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Behavior: Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Experience: Previous experience in government contracting or commercial security preferred.
