Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and enforce security protocols during night shift hours
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate with law enforcement
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of assigned facilities
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
- Operate security systems including access control and CCTV monitoring
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Participate in mandatory training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status required
