- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol designated municipal facilities during overnight hours
- Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations
- Conduct access control checks and verify credentials for authorized personnel
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Coordinate with emergency services and city departments during critical events
- Enforce city ordinances and security protocols at assigned locations
- Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Proficiency in surveillance systems and access control technology
- Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
