Responsibilities
- Monitor government facilities via CCTV systems and patrols during overnight hours
- Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious activities per protocol
- Conduct thorough access control for personnel and vehicles at restricted entry points
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs in compliance with city regulations
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Operate emergency response equipment including fire alarms and first aid stations
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years professional security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring systems and access control software
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification required
