Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via surveillance systems and patrol designated areas during overnight shifts
- Respond promptly to security alerts, emergencies, and incident reports
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and access points
- Document security incidents, patrol activities, and suspicious behavior
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical events
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for compliance review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Illinois Security Officer License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong observational skills and crisis management abilities
- Clean driving record and valid Illinois driver's license
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
