Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols and surveillance of federal properties
- Monitor access control systems and verify credentials of personnel/visitors
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies with protocol-compliant procedures
- Operate advanced security technologies including CCTV and alarm systems
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical situations
- Enforce federal security regulations and site-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Proficiency in security technology (CCTV, access control systems)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
