- Respond to overnight inquiries from state employees via secure communication channels

- Collaborate with daytime team members for seamless service continuity
- Conduct quarterly audits of retirement accounts to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 2+ years of pension administration or retirement planning experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and government financial systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Texas state government security clearance
- FINRA Series 63 or 65 certification preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus for diverse constituent services
