Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain state systems during overnight hours ensuring operational continuity
- Respond to critical incidents and coordinate emergency response protocols
- Process time-sensitive documentation and data entry with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight operational challenges
- Conduct routine audits and compliance checks during off-peak hours
- Provide after-hours support for state programs and citizen services
- Document all activities and prepare shift handover reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in government operations or related field
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state databases
- Excellent communication skills for inter-departmental coordination
