Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical IT systems, networks, and applications during the night shift to ensure zero downtime.
  • Respond to and resolve high-priority service tickets escalated from the day shift and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  • Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance (or willingness to undergo vetting processes).
