Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of parks, trails, and recreational facilities
- Lead and organize community events, sports leagues, and youth programs
- Operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with park regulations
- Assist with facility setup/breakdown for events and activities
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in facility maintenance or event coordination preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and equipment operation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
