Responsibilities
- Manage digital records and databases with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and scheduling
- Process confidential documents following HIPAA/Government protocols
- Assist in grant application preparation and compliance reporting
- Support public outreach initiatives through content creation
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and government software systems
- Train volunteers on administrative procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years administrative experience in government/nonprofit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Valid New York State driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
- Ability to pass background investigation
- Experience with FOIA requests preferred
- Spanish bilingual certification a plus
