Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records for departmental filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal memos and reports.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare necessary materials for executive staff.
- Assist in the processing of various state documents and forms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure office environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
