- Process and maintain official city records, permits, and licenses with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with departmental administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate public meetings and events, including scheduling and minute-taking
- Verify compliance with city ordinances and regulatory requirements
- Support election processes and voter registration activities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative/clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
