Qualifications
- GCSEs (Grade A-C) in English and Mathematics.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within a government or public sector environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and electronic record-keeping systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
