- Process and maintain accurate municipal records and documentation
- Perform data entry and database management with 99% accuracy
- Compose, edit, and format official correspondence and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Assist with public records requests and document retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent typing speed (45+ WPM) and data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
