Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and local leaders
- Conduct outreach events to promote state assistance programs
- Screen and qualify applicants for social service benefits
- Document client interactions and program outcomes in state systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client needs
- Prepare monthly activity reports and program analytics
- Assist with grant application support and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in community outreach or social services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Valid Georgia driver's license with reliable transportation
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
