Responsibilities
- Coordinate outreach events at community centers and public libraries across Milwaukee
- Provide accurate information about municipal services, programs, and resources
- Assist residents with application processes for city permits and assistance programs

- Support multilingual outreach efforts in Milwaukee's diverse neighborhoods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience with community engagement or customer service (preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Hmong, or Somali highly desirable
