Responsibilities
- Develop and implement neighborhood outreach initiatives to connect residents with city services
- Coordinate with city departments to disseminate information about public programs and events
- Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) community meetings and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of community interactions and service requests
- Collaborate with volunteer coordinators to support community engagement projects
- Assist in creating culturally responsive educational materials
- Participate in weekend and evening outreach events as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in community outreach or customer service
- Proficiency in Spanish language (written and verbal)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Pass background check and drug screening
