Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and coordinate veteran benefit inquiries
- Maintain accurate records using VA's proprietary databases
- Assist veterans with benefit applications and documentation
- Coordinate with federal agencies for seamless service delivery
- Prepare correspondence and reports in compliance with federal standards
- Support outreach programs for underserved veteran communities
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with database management preferred
- Knowledge of veteran services a plus
- Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
