Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and claims with 99% accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical records in accordance with federal protocols
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service to veterans and families
- Coordinate with federal agencies to resolve documentation discrepancies
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Adhere to HIPAA and VA privacy regulations in all communications
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Experience with federal record-keeping systems preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
