- Manage electronic filing systems and maintain confidential records

- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Assist with scheduling and administrative support for veteran outreach events
- Ensure compliance with federal privacy regulations (HIPAA/VA)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years administrative experience in government or healthcare
