Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate veteran records using VA databases
- Coordinate scheduling for medical appointments and administrative meetings
- Process incoming correspondence and ensure timely responses
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing
- Support veterans and their families with inquiries and resource navigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational initiatives
- Contribute to process improvement projects
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with veteran populations preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
