Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefit claims with precision and compliance
- Review medical records and supporting documentation for completeness
- Communicate claim status updates to veterans and their families
- Maintain accurate electronic records in VA systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and legal teams
- Adhere to strict federal regulations and privacy protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years administrative or claims processing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- U.S. citizenship required
