Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage electronic filing systems and digital records in accordance with federal protocols
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve benefit discrepancies
- Prepare routine reports for program performance tracking
- Assist in data entry for the VA's integrated benefits platform
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal privacy regulations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Experience working with veteran populations preferred
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
