Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal correspondence, applications, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic records in accordance with federal compliance standards.
- Conduct research on regulatory updates and compile reports for agency leadership.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including virtual teleconferences, for federal project teams.
- Assist in the preparation of travel vouchers and expense reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive government information.
- Answer inquiries from agency stakeholders and the general public regarding program status.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government background investigation.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a corporate or government setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
