Responsibilities
- Process and verify citizen benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Manage confidential records and maintain strict compliance with federal privacy laws
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries

- Prepare detailed reports and statistical summaries for agency leadership

Qualifications
