- Manage confidential records using VA-approved systems ensuring HIPAA/GSA compliance

- Ass veterans with inquiries regarding benefits, appointments, and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate audit trails for all processed documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on veteran care coordination
- Support facility operations through inventory management and supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (per federal regulations)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with federal/state agencies preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA-specific databases (e.g., VistA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain moderate security clearance
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with diverse populations
