Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Generate interactive visualizations and executive reports for regulatory compliance
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to HIPAA/Federal Privacy Act standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support public health initiatives
- Document data processes and maintain audit trails for federal compliance
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 2+ years experience with federal or healthcare data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with 21st Century Cures Act and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Strong written communication skills for technical reporting
