Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAS to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) and data privacy standards (GDPR/FedRAMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions and analytical models.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Prepare clear, concise documentation and presentations for government stakeholders and internal leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Familiarity with federal data standards and security protocols.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance (or Secret Clearance) is highly preferred.
