Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for federal agency hardware, software, and network systems.
- Maintain and organize federal records in compliance with strict government regulations and data privacy standards.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-agency meetings, travel logistics, and administrative support for federal leadership.
- Conduct routine audits of office equipment and inventory to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of new federal software platforms and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Respond to and resolve technical inquiries from federal staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline federal processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, federal administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation and security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as required by federal workload.
