Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for federal computer systems and networks.
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications
- Current Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with federal IT systems and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Linux, and Windows Server administration.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
