Responsibilities
- Assist federal agencies with day-to-day administrative operations and project coordination.
- Manage and organize sensitive government records and data with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between federal departments and external vendors or contractors.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Conduct research and analysis to support policy development and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal positions.
- Must successfully pass a background check and security clearance investigation.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or government support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
