Responsibilities
- Program Support: Assist program managers in the daily operations of federal grants and state-funded initiatives in Oklahoma.
- Administrative Coordination: Prepare and organize meeting agendas, compile reports, and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for local partners, answering inquiries and coordinating inter-agency communications.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor project milestones to ensure adherence to federal guidelines and state regulations.
- Event Planning: Assist in the organization and execution of public outreach events and community meetings.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably within a government or non-profit setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new federal software systems quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
