Responsibilities
- Support Federal Operations: Assist in the daily administrative functions of federal programs to ensure seamless operations.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure all federal documentation complies with agency regulations and standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and clear information.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency within the department.
- Data Management: Manage and organize data sets related to project progress, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for departmental reviews.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet federal security requirements.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
- Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule (typically 20-25 hours per week).
