Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative correspondence for federal agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, compile, and format reports, briefings, and compliance documentation with high attention to accuracy.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and attendees are prepared.
- Monitor and update project timelines to ensure federal deliverables are met within budget and schedule constraints.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support program evaluation and performance metrics.
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems in strict adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding program status and eligibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government, federal, or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance standards, and record-keeping protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- California residency is strongly preferred.
