Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and coordination of federal grant programs and community initiatives.
- Prepare, review, and submit routine reports and documentation for accuracy and strict compliance with federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and federal agencies to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Manage data entry and maintain up-to-date records in secure federal case management databases.
- Support audit preparation and ensure all departmental processes adhere to federal guidelines.
- Conduct research on policy changes and provide briefings to the management team.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship and the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles within the public sector or government contracting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a remote or hybrid setting.
