Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing and filing of federal documentation and case files with strict adherence to privacy regulations.
- Conduct research and compile data for internal government reports and public information requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to constituents, government agencies, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in departmental databases and filing systems.
- Support administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting packets, and coordinating logistics.
- Monitor compliance standards and ensure all daily tasks meet federal and state guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow processes.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and security clearance investigation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work a minimum of 15-25 hours per week.
