Responsibilities
- Grant & Contract Management: Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of federal grant applications and contract deliverables to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with federal regulations, agency policies, and internal quality assurance standards.
- Administrative Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule stakeholder meetings, and organize documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze project data to generate performance reports and briefings for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries from federal clients and internal teams, fostering positive working relationships.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical records of all project correspondence and financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field is preferred; High school diploma with significant relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal government support, administrative coordination, or a related sector.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level or Public Trust security clearance is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with contract management software (e.g., SAP, Deltek) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to documentation and data accuracy.
