Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including email, mail, and phone inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Assist the department with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence using standard office software.
- Ensure compliance with all county policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with the public and fellow employees to resolve inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a government, clerical, or customer service setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
