- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel, maintaining a professional reception area.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve office workflows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, clerical, or government-related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
