Responsibilities
- Manage and route incoming phone inquiries and emails to appropriate departments.
- Assist the public with accessing public records and filing requests.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Monitor office inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Provide general administrative support to agency management and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal privacy and confidentiality regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
