Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and archive digital and physical government documents and records in compliance with state regulations.
- Assist constituents via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries regarding government programs and procedures.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases for departmental reporting.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and official correspondence.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive government information at all times.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or government office setting is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background check.
