Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain classified/unclassified document archives using federal records management systems
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence with strict adherence to FOIA and privacy regulations
- Coordinate document destruction schedules in compliance with NARA retention policies
- Assist with digital migration projects for legacy paper-based records
- Provide training to agency staff on records handling procedures
- Generate monthly inventory reports for senior management review
- Support cross-departmental audit preparations and compliance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years records management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software
