Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of government documentation and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with federal agencies and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage confidential information and maintain secure records in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct research on policy changes and provide briefings to senior management.
- Support public outreach programs and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate data entry systems and audit records for discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a government or administrative setting is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
